Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
By engaging Novaedge for engine, drivetrain, or axle repair services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by Novaedge, located at 105 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur 50400, Malaysia.
2. Service Warranty
All repairs include a 30-day workmanship warranty from service completion. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or external factors. Extended warranties available upon request.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment due upon service completion or as quoted
- Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card
- Overdue invoices subject to 1.5% monthly interest
4. Liability Limitation
Novaedge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. Vehicles are serviced at owner's risk; secure appropriate insurance coverage.
5. Data Protection (GDPR Compliant)
Personal data collected is processed lawfully and securely. Data retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You may request data access or deletion at contact@novaedgeg.help.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment. Refunds issued for unused services; labour costs non-refundable once work commences.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration or local courts in Kuala Lumpur.
8. Changes to Terms
Novaedge reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.
